The South Dade Logistics and Technology District will cover approximately 379 acres in an ideal location for e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, offices, and tech industries.

Not only will The District bring unprecedented economic growth to our community, but it will also preserve the natural beauty that makes South Dade special. 622 acres will be donated to support wading birds, fish, panthers, otters, and hundreds of other native plants and animals without the fear of further development. These lands will hold hundreds of acre-feet of fresh water and allow sheet flow to the downstream estuaries, supporting seagrass, manatees, and fisheries.
